Mt. Prospect Golf Club welcomes advanced group bookings for traveling leagues, organized golf groups, and groups planning multiple rounds throughout the season. These bookings are separate from our traditional outings and are evaluated based on availability and course operations.
While we do our best to accommodate these requests, maintaining a reasonable pace of play for all golfers is one of our top priorities.
Pace of Play
Groups that book tee times together are expected to maintain an appropriate pace of play and keep up with the group ahead of them. Slow play can negatively impact the experience of other golfers and disrupt overall course operations.
Mt. Prospect Golf Club reserves the right to decline or limit future group bookings if a group's pace of play during prior visits has significantly affected golf operations or slowed play for other golfers on the course.
Availability
Advanced group bookings are approved based on:
- Course availability
- Time of day requested
- Overall impact on tee sheet flow
- Previous pace of play history with the group
Submitting a request for group bookings does not guarantee approval, and all bookings are reviewed by golf operations staff.
Outings vs Group Bookings
Groups larger than standard tee time reservations may be directed toward our outing program depending on size and scheduling needs.
For reference, our outing guidelines include:
- Outings are scheduled Tuesday–Thursday
- Up to 60 players
- Tee starts between 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
